I’m a record producer and also run a recording studio based in London. I’d just had a new website built and was also having a complete re-design of my branding. I wanted to promote my record producing services, as well as the studio facilities.
It was suggested that a copywriter could help with all messaging requirements and provide ideas for further business development activity.
To begin with, I expanded on the branding ideas by suggesting a simple icon denoting Andy’s industry.
I then moved on to write the entire site, all in the first voice, as if Andy was speaking himself. This was followed up with some basic SEO, and finally: sitting with Andy to teach him some sales techniques for responding to enquiries and emails.
Jim’s input was unbelievable. He left no stone unturned, and his techniques paid off – big time!
The best piece of advice I got, was to hire Jim in the first place. He’s my go-to person for anything sales and marketing.
