Maintaining a consistent supply of housing stock is a challenge for any estate agent. One method is to detract existing sellers away from their appointed agent.


I wrote almost sixty printed sales letters and emails, persuading sellers to switch agents.


I used longer, more empathetic copy that not only increased sign-ups by 1.75% , but simultaneously reduced time-wasting enquiries by around 15%.
