Thanks to a consistent, long-term content strategy, the Italian Plumber has become one of London's leading domestic plumbing & heating service providers.
They wanted to inject more personality into their brand, making it more personal, whilst attracting new customers and providing more value for existing ones.
Considering that most plumbing blogs were offering boring, generic content, I decided to write a mix of tips, funny stories, personal experiences, reviews and, a Meet the Team section.
This strategy has proved highly successful, keeping TIP in the top-3 rankings for all Holy Grail-related keywords, whilst simultaneously generating content for their quarterly newsletter which boasts an enviable 61% open rate.
