The WWT is an international wildfowl and wetland conservation charity. Their London centre required support with writing key promotional copy.

SpicerHaart is the UK’s largest independent estate agency group.

 

They require highly-persuasive sales collateral that stands out in a crowded marketplace.

Core goals: persuade sellers to switch agents, and potential buyers to register.

  • Writing email campaigns, printed sales letters, and internal comms

  • Liaised with CEO, reported to Head of Digital Media, Operations Manager, and various Marketing Managers

  • Involved defining key messages for niche markets and demographics whilst keeping copy fresh and unique

  • Campaigns significantly outperformed control, and resulted in more than 50 supporting sales letters to date

Their UK operation specialises in technology and workplace business solutions.

 

They needed a lead copywriter with a consultative approach to help them maintain a competitive edge, and to simplify and promote a series of complex offerings.

  • Writing brochures, mailers, white papers, adverts, video scripts, email campaigns

  • Worked with sales managers, and marketing managers to bring ideas to life in a fast-paced environment

  • Brought a unique set of ideas to the table for each product, and challenged thinking in order to find the best solution
